JBAP prides itself on the safety of its buyers, so we want to show you how we assure our clients that it is safe to buy vehicles from us.

When you register for an account on jbap.com.ph, your Buyer ID comes out at the same time your account is approved.

Now, when you log in to your profile and click “edit,” you will see your Buyer ID number. This ID will be used for tracking the settlement of your reservation fees, joining of Digital Bid Auctions, payments, and bids. Additionally, once registered, you will get an email notification with your respective customer ID.

We are thorough with our transaction process because we value your personal security, and will make sure that any information given to us by you is kept safe throughout your experience with us.

A few more steps before your first auction

We understand your excitement to join our auctions, but you will need to follow a few more steps until you are able to bid. Our regular transactions will require PHP 10,000 deposit per vehicle (note that this is currently waived as of writing this post).

Once you make the payment, send a copy of your deposit slip and your Buyer ID. Finishing both will then allow you to join the auction. You may RSVP to your chosen auction date by sending an email to finance@jbap.com.ph. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a confirmation.

Below are the respective details for the bank transfer:

JBA Philippines Inc
Metrobank Account Number: 715-7-715-022-490
Branch: Head Office - Metrobank Plaza. Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City, 1200 Philippines

Additional details of our process are as follows:

  • Customers within our database will get an email from JBAP consisting of vehicle listings.
  • Customers will then be able to send their offers for the vehicles they are interested in with the minimum required KYC documents.
  • The third step must have customers complete the remaining KYC requirements given by the seller within the auction period, or at least within 48 hours of awarding.
  • Customer must then pay the full amount within 3 days of notice.
  • Finally, the customer must wait to release the vehicle and pick up the respective documents.

Stay tuned for updates and see you at the next auction!
